This is a peer led support group for people with Multiple Sclerosis who require the use of an assistive device.  Interested participants must register prior to attending – this is not a drop-in program.

Physical Activity Program

Program Description: 

We offer physical activities that encourage healthy and active living by incorporating adaptable aerobic, resistance training and stretching exercises for all abilities. Registration is required – these are not drop-in classes.

Seniors Home Health Program (SHHP)

Program Description: 

The Seniors Home Health Program provides primary health care services to frail and homebound seniors, ages 55 and up, that live in our catchment area. Our interdisciplinary team of providers includes physicians, nurse practitioner, registered nurse, occupational therapist, chiropodist and registered dietitian. The goal of the Seniors Home Health Program is to provide client-centered care that improves seniors’ ability to live independently and stay out of hospital.
