The Anne Johnston Health Station is a not-for-profit community health centre providing a wide range of programs and services that promote the health and well-being of seniors, youth, and people with physical disabilities requiring an accessible barrier free environment.

STATEMENT OF BELIEFS

We believe that clients have a right to:

  • Health as a resource for every day living
  • Confidential and informed choice about their health care
  • Integrated services according to their diverse needs and abilities

Clients are encouraged to use Client Comment Cards to express their opinion regarding programs and services.

Client records are confidential and are protected by provincial and federal privacy legislation.

Programs and services are provided by an interdisciplinary team and are free of charge.
